Whether you meet us in our warm Pleasanton office or through secure telehealth, our licensed clinicians help you feel heard, understood, and ready to grow.
Individual Therapy ( Ages 12+)
Common concerns we treat – ADHD, anxiety, depression, divorce stress, family conflict, trauma, and more. Sessions run 50 or 80 minutes and are available in-person or online.
Teletherapy

Couples & Marriage Counseling
We rely on the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and keep each partner’s personal growth on track. Most couples attend one joint session, then one individual session each, before moving back to joint work. 50 or 80 minutes; in-person only. Premarital packages are available. Some insurance plans do not cover couples therapy.
Family Therapy
Short-term, practical sessions help families (ages 12 +) solve conflicts, improve communication, and clarify roles. 50 or 80 minutes; in-person only. We do not provide reunification or court-ordered counseling.
Mental Health Diagnostic Screening:
Need clarity about symptoms? We provide full assessments for anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, substance use, and behavioral concerns.
Three evidence-based tools per condition
Medical clearance required first to rule out health causes
Parent or partner input included when helpful
Autism evaluations are not offered at this location
