Atascosa Counseling & Consultation Services (ACCS) is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Property Manager to keep our Pleasanton, TX office grounds safe, welcoming, and drought-smart. In this flexible role you’ll handle weekly yard care, minor repairs, and the occasional on-call fix—helping our therapists focus on clients while you keep the property running smoothly. Atascosa Counseling & Consultation Services is seeking a warm, organized front-desk professional to welcome clients, answer phones, and keep our busy rural practice running smoothly. You’ll be the friendly first impression for new and returning clients, manage appointment scheduling in SimplePractice, process payments, and provide light administrative support to our therapists—all while helping protect everyone’s work-life balance.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. and alternating Saturdays 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Location: Pleasanton, Texas (on-site)
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience

We’re seeking a licensed (or LPC-Associate) mental-health professional who is passionate about serving a rural community, enjoys a collaborative culture, and values a healthy work–life balance. You’ll see teens and adults in our Pleasanton office during late-afternoon, early evening, or alternating Saturday slots—backed by full administrative support, furnished therapy rooms, and steady referrals.
